Week 37 of 2012

This week again I will submit the song to the KVR Audio - One Synth Challenge. So everything on this song was made with Retrologue. I will probably keep participating whenever the synth of the month is a cool one.

And as a recommendation of the One Synth Challenge as part of the movement against the 'loudness war', I used the TT Dynamic Range Meter from the Pleasurize Music Foundation to get the Dynamic Range of the song. It came out at: 7. That's a pretty low number but the song is still not so loud. A DR of 8 or more is considered good. I will try to get higher numbers in the future. That means that my songs will be even lower in volume, but I guess it should be a good trade off if they will have a better dynamic range.
